Tomes of the Great Library is one of the hardest card to discard - Hubdra's Cube is probably one of the few relics that discards it. Evu's Bookworm was design to give Naroom the ability to discard the Tomes. However that ability would be useless if the Tomes is not in play, so the worm received an additional ability closer to Agram's plaything. After all, the Bookworm is Evu's plaything.
