Mountain Chill started life as a Nar card and although it ended up as a KT card here, but on closer examination, it's really a dual-region card. It's the freeze-burn concept of Nar combined with the ability to make two creatures Frozen. That would be a huge boon to Nar. Hopefully this card will inspire KT/Nar decks.
