There seems to be two series to the Mad Scientist toys - the first series composes of the nine refill sets as sell as some of the bigger kits.  The second series consists of a few more kits.  Click on the picture below to get bigger pictures.

There were three monster flesh kits:

In the first series, there were two medium sized boxed kits - one featuring living ice, the other had alien blood:

The big set of the series one kits was the monster lab, which had both monster flesh and living blood:

Series two seems to consist of two medium size kits:

Series two also had the three watches or Time Freaks, as they were known:

Series two also had a board game based on monster flesh:

It is currently unknown if the following were ever released as toys:

There were also dress-up kits and bendy action figures from Arco:
