Near the end of the eighties, Kenner decided to release a set of military vehicles. Only one series of these were released. They didn't do so well, in part because of the runaway success of Kenner's other line, The Real Ghostbusters.
There were two sides to the coins - the Triax and the V-rocs, and if the symbols look similar, think no further than Star Com, a contempory of Mega Force, and a toyline that did much better.
The good thing about this line was that there were many die cast pieces and most of them were very well designed. The bad point possibly was that there was no cartoon series to go along with it.
A good site to look at the pictures of the toys is the Super Toy Archive.
